Crypto Withdrawal Pending or Not Received? 8 Reasons and How to Fix Each

TroubleshootingBy the SatoEarn team3 min read

A pending withdrawal feels like a problem and is usually a step you can check in a few minutes. Work through these eight causes in order.

Quick answer. Check, in this order: did you click the confirmation email, are you inside the processing window, did you meet the minimum and the 24-hour limit, and did you use the right FaucetPay email or network. Most "stuck" withdrawals are one of these.

1. The confirmation email was never clicked

On SatoEarn, a withdrawal does not begin until you click the link we email you. That link is valid for 30 minutes, and your balance is only deducted when you click it. If you never received it, check your spam folder and any promotions tab, then submit the request again.

2. It is still inside the normal processing window

Waiting is not always a problem. From our FAQ: FaucetPay requests are usually paid within 24 hours, and direct wallet withdrawals are approved manually and can take up to 7 days. If you are inside that window, the request is queued, not lost.

3. You hit the 24-hour limit

You can make one withdrawal every 24 hours. If a second request does not go through, this is the likely reason. A rejected request does not count toward the limit.

4. Your balance is under the minimum

The minimum is 50 coins (0.005 USDT) for FaucetPay and 100,000 coins (10 USDT) for a direct wallet. The Withdraw page shows your balance, so compare the two numbers first.

5. Wrong FaucetPay email or address

If the email does not match a real FaucetPay account, the payment cannot land. Copy the email from your FaucetPay profile, not from memory, and use the confirm field on the Withdraw page.

6. Wrong network on a direct wallet withdrawal

An address that is valid on several networks can send funds to a network your receiving service does not watch. Our USDT networks guide explains how to match the two sides before you submit.

7. You are waiting on an offer, not a withdrawal

If the missing money is from an offerwall task, the delay is on the partner's side. Partners confirm completed actions in seconds or in hours, and the balance updates when they do. If more than 24 hours have passed, contact support with the offer name.

8. The receiving service has its own confirmations

Exchanges often wait for a number of network confirmations before showing a deposit, and some have minimum deposit rules. Check the transaction on a block explorer for your network: if it shows as successful, the problem is on the receiving side.

How to check a transaction

  1. Copy the transaction ID (also called a hash) from your withdrawal history.
  2. Open the block explorer for the same network you used.
  3. Paste the ID. A confirmed transaction lists the sender, receiver and amount.
  4. Compare the receiver with the address you gave.

What to send to support

Send everything at once so nobody needs to ask follow-up questions:

  • Your username
  • The amount in coins and the method
  • The date and time of the request
  • The transaction ID, if you have one
  • A screenshot of the withdrawal history row

Use the support page, and be patient inside the processing windows above.

What not to do

Do not submit the same withdrawal repeatedly, do not trust strangers who message you offering to "recover" your funds for a fee, and never share your password or 2FA code with someone claiming to help.
